fairly overpriced for being a bit run down with some issues. Positive: The location was good if you want to spend more time out of the accom than in it. Negative: The photos of the place didn’t feel fairly representative. There were things broken here and there, dead plants, watered down hand soap, dirty cups in the cupboard, someone else’s used bloody tissues in the bathroom bin, old and worn bedding, the windows don’t open, only one bent key which made it difficult to get into the unit, thin walls and noisy neighbours at 2am, etc. There’s also a reason there are no photos looking out. The unit is on the ground floor corner of an intersection, so you’re pretty exposed unless you have all the curtains drawn all the time.

Positive: Cute little unit. Super close to the beach and also super close to free bus stop into Fremantle was super convenient Negative: Would have appreciated a fly screen door at the front to allow more airflow.

Positive: I think the owners were lovely. But they were unaware of council work going on throughout the night so I had to vacate the place after one night of no sleep. They refunded the money which was genuinely comforting. I think the location is great but they should add the building pictures in the description so people can make an informed choice. Also, I got a room at the Rydges for the same price so I think the place should be priced lower for where it is.

Positive: The location was unbeatable. Really liked the bed too. Also the TV appeared fo have a 24hour Xena channel(?????). Negative: Shower was a bit weak. I would have liked a coffee plunger or something too (there are very decent cafes nearby - i just woke up really early).

Positive: Great location to park , beach, restaurants & beach cafe . South beach is very nice for swimming . Negative: No hot water after first day - could not find any switch to control - this was both shower & kitchen for washing up . Front sliding door lock was awkward & could do with replacing

Positive: Very well equipped clean tidy excellent location.
