Good morning! After a well deserved sleep in, do as the locals do and head down to South Beach for a dip or a walk along the sand.
Fremantle's beaches are best enjoyed in the morning, when the wind is at its lowest and the water is calm.
In the warmer months, the famous red pontoon is out - a sure sign of summer!
After a dip, head down to South Terrace for coffee and brekky.
Third Wheel Cafe is a short stroll from the sand, filled with locals enjoying their morning routine.
Sandy feet and wet bathers welcome!
12pm
You can't visit South Freo without trying one of the bagels at Staples.
This place draws the crowds and for good reason.
Treat yourself and pull up a spot in the sun while people watching.

1pm
Time to walk off some of that food with a stroll down South Terrace browsing local boutiques.
Treat yourself to a new outfit at Ginger Morris, grab a gift for those back home (or yourself!) at Terrace Greenhouse, make your own jewellery at Izuba, get some new swimwear at Iridescent Sea or spoil the little person in your life with locally-made children's wear at Sunny & Beau - to name a few!
There's plenty more down this buzzing strip to discover.
5pm
After shopping up a storm, it's probably time for a pitstop.
Grab a beer at one of the many pubs and bars that line South Terrace.
The Local is a classic Fremantle pub, with plenty of space to stretch out inside and out.
Over the road, Percy's is a laidback bar offering with a shady outdoor beer garden.
For something a bit different, try the New Orleans themed bar Big Easy and enjoy a game of pool.
Or try South Fremantle's very own brewers at Running with Thieves. We recommend sitting in the alfresco along Marine Terrace to catch the sunset.
7pm
You've come this far so you may as well enjoy a cocktail or two.
Head out to dinner at La Cabana, a fun Mexican tapas bar with delicious cocktails and yummy food.
Tequila, tacos and good times is their motto!
OOTONG & LINCOLN
right in the heart of South Fremantle.
